In accordance with written contractual agreements all payments are final. Should the Purchaser have a dispute or disagree with the amount paid a refund request with details should delivered by via email to info@mountainmedia.org or by calling 1 855 763 1097. Any mutually agreed upon refund amount will be issued by cheque within 30 days of such written confirmation by the vendor. All refunds will include the proportionate taxes paid at the time of purchase.
